certain groups not finding matches
One Stop Social
Based on your keywords from our latest logs, this post example would be a miss. I'm thinking "Construction" vs. "Contractor" may be the oversight? If not, can you share what keyword you're saying was missed?
One Stop Social
Hi there!
Below are some examples that we are seeing on our end.
"Handymen": In one example, the content explicitly says "Handymen," but it was not captured in the matchedKeywords list. Since your keyword is "handyman," the system might be looking for an exact match.
"Contracting": In another example, the word "Contracting" is used. Your keyword is "contractor." If the goal is to find leads for this user role, "contracting" should likely be triggering a match.
"Building": In another examp;e, the content says "building it back." While it matched "build," there are other posts where "building" or "builder" might be missed if the system is strictly looking for "build."
To make to capture these examples, you can set your keywords to short versions like "handym", "contrat", and "build" and keep Partial Match -
Match partial words and phrases selected. This would capture the variations.
That said, if you are referring to AI matching, that can often vary based on how the model interprets the post. It's not perfect, but with the write criteria set, it can be a wide enough net to make sure you're capturing the most likely posts.
Hope this helps!

One Stop Social I understand all of those details but I still think there is a bug with certain groups. There were several posts this weekend that should have met my criteria but i did not get a notification. They are all in one certain group. The group happens to be "private" does that matter?
group = Yorktown Families (NY)
