Hi, I’m using OneStopSocial Premium with a custom webhook configured. The webhook endpoint works correctly when I use the test function, and my endpoint successfully receives and stores the test payload. However, new real leads are being found by normal scans in OneStopSocial, but no webhook POST is being sent for those leads. My webhook is active and configured to receive all new leads. Could you please confirm whether webhooks are triggered for normal/scheduled scans and help me identify why real scan results are not being delivered? Thank you.

I've added the Teams webhook link, but nothing is being sent. It would be nice to be able to resend these notifications instead of waiting for a new mention.

upgraded to premium but the version remains on the trial.

Hi, I just upgraded to the Monthly Premium Plan today and paid $29. However, when I canceled the auto-renew option to avoid future billing, the system immediately marked my subscription as 'Expired' and blocked my premium access. Since I have paid for a full month and my access was cut off on day one, please issue a full refund of my $29 immediately. Thank you.
