Feature Requests

A simple built-in feature or slider button to manually mark a lead or post as "responded" directly inside the dashboard would be very nice... Alternatively, a more complex Lead Status Tracking System with the ability for users to create and assign their own custom statuses (e.g., "Replied," "Follow Up Needed," "Not Relevant," "In Progress") would be even more amazing.

make scan frequency more customizable: for example, scan every 15 or 30 minutes between 7 am and 10 pm est

Hoping there will be added 2 new features for groups selection feature 1: auto-select lists of 25 groups that I will upload as text file or any file. feature 2: button where I can unselect all selected groups all at once.

As I'm using the tool, I see that it picks up lots of irrelevant content because our brand's keyword is fairly broad. These are being pushed to a support/training team of roughly 60 people. It would be great to have an option to push specific posts to the webhook so I can assign them more equitably instead of just sending every random comment.

Can we add another email to receive notifications?

I've already written about this in the support section. It's about information about the number of posts scanned during the scan. As I mentioned, this information will increase trust in the system and help with potential changes to groups, for example, if some have a large number of posts but few matching keyword criteria. As I mentioned, this could be in the header of the NEW tab, e.g., NEW (7/20), where the second number is the number of posts scanned.

There needs to be a button that you can send sample JSON data in to the webhook that is configured to ensure its working.
