Premium Plan Monitoring issue

My account is still set at 3 max for FB group monitoring, but I have the Premium plan. When will this update?

I have this checking our facebook groups for any plumbing related terms in order to get to the customers first before other companies comment on their post. I am also searching these groups on my own and finding post that have our "key words" that are not being shown to me on this app. Is there something that i am doing wrong?
