As I'm using the tool, I see that it picks up lots of irrelevant content because our brand's keyword is fairly broad. These are being pushed to a support/training team of roughly 60 people. It would be great to have an option to push specific posts to the webhook so I can assign them more equitably instead of just sending every random comment.

Maybe I am misunderstanding the system, but the AI isn't the issue as much as the exact or broad match applied across the entire keyword set. For example, "POS" is how Point of Sale is commonly written but both broad and exact match pick up every word with these three letters in them. How do I filter that out so I'm not sending other people on this team to go and look at a comment where someone said "That's impossible" somewhere in their paragraph.

Hey Tyler, it sounds like you should be using the filter options in place for email and webhooks. You can choose to send only leads by specific intent, keywords, or AI search criteria.
It also might be worth switching your keywords to "Exact Match" vs "Partial Match"
And, finally, you can modify or add additional Intent Labels as well assign your own AI instructions. This takes some time to tune, but you might find it useful since you can filter the notifications as a result.
