Mark Lead Status: "Responded"

A simple built-in feature or slider button to manually mark a lead or post as "responded" directly inside the dashboard would be very nice...
Alternatively, a more complex Lead Status Tracking System with the ability for users to create and assign their own custom statuses (e.g., "Replied," "Follow Up Needed," "Not Relevant," "In Progress") would be even more amazing.
