Hi, I just upgraded to the Monthly Premium Plan today and paid $29. However, when I canceled the auto-renew option to avoid future billing, the system immediately marked my subscription as 'Expired' and blocked my premium access. Since I have paid for a full month and my access was cut off on day one, please issue a full refund of my $29 immediately. Thank you.
