Hi, I’m using OneStopSocial Premium with a custom webhook configured.
The webhook endpoint works correctly when I use the test function, and my endpoint successfully receives and stores the test payload.
However, new real leads are being found by normal scans in OneStopSocial, but no webhook POST is being sent for those leads.
My webhook is active and configured to receive all new leads.
Could you please confirm whether webhooks are triggered for normal/scheduled scans and help me identify why real scan results are not being delivered?

Hi Izabel, thanks for reaching out. Webhooks are indeed triggered after every normal scan. If you're receiving the test webhook, then you'll want to check what filters you have applied to the webhook. For example, "Every new lead" vs "Only leads matching what I pick" and also for which intent labels you've set to get notified of. If your settings are all leads and all intent labels please let me know and I'll help diagnose further.

Hi, thanks for the clarification.
Just to clarify, we are not receiving the test webhook either.
When we trigger the test webhook from OneStopSocial, nothing arrives at our endpoint. So this seems to be happening before any lead or intent filtering would apply.
Could you please help us verify whether the webhook request is actually being sent from your side, and whether there is any delivery log, HTTP status, or error associated with the test request?
