One Stop Social is linked to the Facebook profile it was originally set up with—in your case, your personal profile. We can change that to your business Page on our end.

Before switching, there are a couple of limitations to keep in mind. Some Facebook groups only allow personal profiles, so your Page won’t be able to join or participate in those groups. Your Page also needs its own membership in groups that require joining; it doesn’t inherit access from your personal profile. This could reduce the groups you can monitor and respond in.

For that reason, I generally recommend keeping monitoring linked to your personal profile. You can switch to your Page on Facebook to respond where the group allows it, but you’ll need to switch back to your linked personal profile for monitoring to continue.
