I see your account active on our end but please reach out if you are still having trouble. Please note that the subscription is tied to the original Facebook account active at the time of subscription. If you use multiple Facebook accounts, you’ll just need to switch back to that original account when the others are not in use. If you prefer to move your subscription to a different Facebook account, please let us know.
