Regarding Account Reset and Dashboard Data Persistence

Hi Support Team,
I am looking to purchase a paid plan for One Stop Social, but I am experiencing an issue on the free version that I need resolved before upgrading.
Yesterday, I completed the entire extension setup, added my targeted Facebook groups, and configured my AI search criteria. However, when I opened the extension today, everything was completely wiped out. It is forcing me back to the initial "What are you looking for?" setup onboarding screen, and there is no option inside that popup to log into my existing account to retrieve my data.
Could you please clarify:
1. Why is the extension asking me to set up everything from scratch every single day? Is this a known session timeout or cookie issue on Chrome?
2. If I purchase a paid plan, will my setup details, monitored groups, and AI keyword configurations be safely saved on your cloud servers so I don't lose them if Chrome updates or clears its cache?
3. why I can't login/sign in the account with the email address, it is only saying add to chrome?

We suspect scenario B or C is the reason that your setup data is not being stored. Please let us know if you are able to confirm.
A) "Clear browsing data → Cookies and other site data"
B) the "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows" privacy setting (this is the most likely match for a daily pattern)
C) third-party privacy cleaners (CCleaner, etc.)

Hi Mahnoor, thanks for reaching out. We are unable to re-create the issue that you are describing and have not had it reported by any other users. It sounds like there is likely a conflict between One Stop Social and another extension that you have installed, such as a ad blocker or security tool.
