Two quick questions from a happy new customer

Hi!
First of all, I wanted to let you know that after testing One Stop Social, I decided to become a customer. 😊
I'm really impressed with the product so far. It works exactly as I hoped, so thank you for all your previous answers and transparency.
I just have two quick technical questions:
- If I change the scan frequency from every 6 hours to every 24 hours, will One Stop Social still detect every post published since the previous run, or is there a limit to how far back each scan looks?
- Is the scan schedule global for all monitored groups, or is it possible to stagger scans for different groups?

Thanks, that’s very clear and helpful.
I’ll keep the scan frequency at two hours, especially for the more active groups.
The possibility of setting different frequencies or priorities by group would definitely be useful in the future, but I completely understand your approach of keeping the setup simple.

Those are two great questions. Here is how it currently works under the hood:
Scan Limits: The extension does have a limit as to how far back it will look. If the scan frequency is set far apart and the group is fairly active, it is definitely possible that some posts will be missed. We've found that the current default of scanning every two hours is the sweet spot for keeping up with most moderately active groups.
Scan Schedules: The scan schedule is currently global for all monitored groups. We have thought about offering the ability to customize the frequency and priority for specific groups, but we haven't built this out just yet. We are continually trying to balance ease of use against overwhelming our users with too many setup options.
