Hi Alyzia, this is indeed the account that has the subscription associated to it. We see that you have set up monitoring on two different accounts. One from the profile provided and the other from your personal profile. We can't tell which you currently have configured in your browser from our side. My recommendation would be to uninstall the extension, make sure are signed into your business page, and then re-install / re-configure. I know it's not ideal, but because you've set up the extension under two separate Facebook profiles, it's the cleanest path forward.
From Sep 3-9 you had the extension set up under your business page and as of Sep 15 you've had it set up from your personal profile. If you don't want to re-install, you can continue to use your personal profile, and we can switch your subscription to that account.
One thing to keep in mind: using a Facebook business Page comes with some restrictions that can affect finding and following up with leads:
• Joining groups: Group admins can choose whether to allow Pages to join. Some groups only accept personal profiles, so your Page may not be able to join all the groups you want to monitor.
• Monitoring: The extension needs access through the Facebook identity linked to your subscription. Your personal profile’s group memberships don’t automatically carry over to your Page. Please stay switched into your business page in the browser where the extension is running.
• Reaching out: Posting and commenting depend on each group’s permissions and rules. Pages also have more limited options for starting private conversations, so you may not be able to message someone directly as your Page after finding their post.
These Facebook restrictions can make a personal profile more flexible for this type of monitoring. If you run into these limitations and would prefer to use your personal profile, just let us know and we can help switch the subscription over.

Hi Alyzia! Our records show two Facebook accounts connecting on our side. Your Premium subscription is tied specifically to the account you subscribed from.
The extension relies on your Facebook session to recognize your subscription and monitor your groups. Please switch back to the subscribed Facebook profile when your other account is not in use.
The extension will update automatically within a couple minutes, and you’ll see a “Premium” badge in the top right. You can also force a refresh by reloading your browser.
If you’d prefer to use your subscription with the other account, please reply with that Facebook profile’s URL and we’ll move it over for you.
